Return Policy

General Policy

Our return policy allows 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@paffrag.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your current item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time to review and process the refund.
